Processing & Shipping Times
We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated shipping times:

• Australia: 3-7 business days

• International: 7-21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs processing, carrier delays, or peak shopping periods.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on Australian orders over $150 AUD.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
